Tickets are now on sale for the Under-21s' friendly game against Japan on Monday 26 September at stadio Teofilo Patini in Castel di Sangro (kick-off at 15:30 CEST). They can be purchased in Vivaticket allocated sales points and at figc.vivaticket.it e vivaticket.com. There are special reduced prices for Under 18s.

The Under-21 side has not lost any of their six games played in Castel di Sangro, with five wins and a draw. There has only ever been one meeting with Japan, on 15 August 2004 during the Olympic Games where Italy finished in 3rd position, earning a bronze medal. The Azzurrini beat Japan 3-2 thanks to a double from Alberto Gilardino and one from Daniele De Rossi.
