Bollini calls up 25 players for a training camp at Coverciano

The Under-20 National Team will meet this evening in Florence, with Alberto Bollini having called up 25 players to take part in a week-long training camp to prepare for the second stage of qualification to the Under-19 Euros: the Elite phase will be held between 11 and 17 November in Veneto. At the Federal Technical Centre tomorrow, the Azzurrini will hold the first of eight sessions that have been scheduled for the coming period.

Italy’s opponents in Group 5 are Iceland, Norway and Slovenia and their objective is to finish top of the group, which is the only place that enables progression to the finals in Northern Ireland in March. The tournament’s top five teams will qualify for the Under-20 World Cup in Indonesia.
