Intensity and a great crowd: 1-1 in Prato against Germany

An afternoon of colour and sunshine, illuminated by a stadium packed with spectators and a match of great intensity: in Prato the National Under 20s team finished the Eight Nations Tournament by drawing 1-1 against Germany. For the Azzurrini it is the second draw in a row, which follows the 2-2 in Norway last Wednesday, and that means they finish the competition with three victories, two draws and only one loss, which happened at the beginning of the tournament, last June.

Another 1-1, again against Germany, in the last game Nunziata's boys will play before the Under 20 World Cup. "I received positive signs in view of the World Cup, in a good, tough match against a strong team," commented the coach of the Azzurrini, Carmine Nunziata, who continued: "It was also a match of suffering, because against certain opponents you have to know how to suffer, but in the end I think the result is fair. Lastly, a word about the enthusiastic crowd, with more than 2,200 people lining the 'Lungobisenzio', thanks to the capillary work of the Youth and Scholastic Sector - in synergy with the Municipality of Prato and the Ministry of Education - that brought children, girls and boys from primary and secondary schools, and from the local football schools to the stadium: "Everything was beautiful, even the public and the boys in the stands, who made themselves heard.
