Futsal National Team: qualifying Main Round, opening match against Finland to take place on 18th March

The futsal national side are in Krosno, Poland, where they will face Finland, Belarus and the hosts from the 18th to 21st March in the qualifying Main Round that grants a ticket to Serbia 2016.
16 players left for Poland, but the official 14-man squad list will be submitted to UEFA before Tuesday 17th March at 19:00 CET.
Italy, who are defending European Champions, will open against Mico Martic’s Finland side on Wednesday 18th March at 16:30 CET. The Azzurri will then play the following day at the same time against Belarus, whilst their last match is scheduled for Saturday 21st March at 18:30 CET against Poland, who are coached by an Italian coach, Andrea Bucciol.
The 2016 European Championship will be held in Belgrade (Serbia) from the 2nd to 13th February. Besides the hosts, all group winners in the Main Round will qualify for the tournament; the runners-up and the best third placed will battle for qualification through a play-off stage, which is scheduled for 15th and 22nd September (draw to take place on 10th June) with the two leg formula. The four winners of this play-off stage will complete the list of 12 teams participating in Serbia 2016.
